At ALIGNERCO, we strive for perfection in every fit, but if you are not completely satisfied with your clear aligner kit or accessories, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unused items. Please note that custom-manufactured aligners are non-refundable once production has commenced due to their personalized nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tools and impression materials are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to AlignerCo

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our lab receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
